Προκήρυξη για Εμπειρογνώμονες: " Τεχνική βοήθεια στη Διυπουργική Αντιπροσωπεία για τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα στο Βασίλειο του Μαρόκου"

Ο Ευρωπαϊκός Οργανισμός Δημόσιου Δικαίου (EPLO) έχει επιλεγεί για το έργο που χρηματοδοτείται από την ΕΕ: «Τεχνική βοήθεια στη Διυπουργική Αντιπροσωπεία για τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα στο Βασίλειο του Μαρόκου» (NEAR / RBA / 2021 / EA-RP / 0029)

Ο γενικός στόχος του έργου είναι: «Συμβολή στην ενίσχυση της προστασίας και της προώθησης των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων στο Μαρόκο».

Η ενδεικτική ημερομηνία έναρξης είναι 1η Νοεμβρίου 2021 και η προγραμματισμένη διάρκεια του έργου είναι 33 μήνες.

Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, το EPLO αναζητά κατάλληλους υποψηφίους για την θέση του Επικεφαλής της ομάδας έργου.

Team leader - Senior Expert specialized in Human Rights and coordinator for the administrative and financial management of the project

Qualifications and competencies

• A Higher education degree/diploma at Masters level (BAC + 5) in law, social sciences and / or humanities or related subject. In the absence of a degree, professional experience related to human rights, justice or public policies equivalent to 5 years in addition to the general professional experience required.
• Good knowledge of French language spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is an asset
• Knowledge of the English language is an asset

General professional experience

• At least 10 years but preferably 12 years of professional experience in the field of human rights, justice or public policies

Specific professional experience

• At least 6 years of professional experience but preferably 8 in the development, implementation, monitoring, analysis and/or evaluation public policies relating human rights
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, gestation, follow-up, work-in-progress and / or evaluation of projects.
• At least 4 years but preferably 6 years of experience in the management of teams in the field of administrative and financial support of a technical assistance
• Experience in at least 2 international cooperation programs in similar projects and at least 1 program in the region.
• Asset: At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of protection and promotion of human rights internationally
